DEPA already operates five FISIKON stations<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Decision of the Deputy Minister for Infrastructure, Transport and Networks, Mr. Michalis Papadopoulos, (GG 674B – 03\/18\/2014) was issued on 26\/03\/2014, specifying the technical requirements for the establishment and operation of gas stations.<\/p>\n

The relevant Government Gazette has the following subject: “Determination of the competent bodies and the terms and conditions for the creation and operation of service points for compressed natural gas (CNG) and mixed liquid fuel stations, liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) and compressed natural gas (CNG), or liquid fuel and compressed natural gas (CNG)\u201d.<\/p>\n

The Ministerial Decision is one of the important steps in the development of gas as a motor fuel in Greece, and sets the framework for the creation of the technical infrastructure of gas stations, contributes to the diversification of gas CNG (Compressed Natural Gas) gas stations against petrol and other fuels, while harmonizing the Greek legislation with the European one.<\/p>\n

DEPA is developing the basic infrastructure so that the market of gas motor fuel \u201cblossoms\u201d, enabling more and more consumers to refuel their vehicles with natural gas and enjoy the benefits of this “green” fuel. FISIKON is the brand name under which gas motor fuel in Greece is promoted by DEPA.<\/p>\n

DEPA already operates two natural gas fueling stations, FISIKON, in Athens.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, in cooperation with Hellenic Petroleum, the company has set up three more stations: two in Athens and one in Thessaloniki. Additionally, there is a strategic plan for further development of FISIKON network in the near future.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
