Despite negotiations that lasted throughout 2023, no commercial solution could be reached. In March 2024, with no viable resolution in sight that would safeguard its interests, DEPA filed for international arbitration. The arbitration filing, along with the arguments presented by DEPA\u2019s management team \u2014 comprised of company executives and internationally renowned advisors \u2014 led GPE in recent months to re-engage with DEPA and submit a settlement proposal.<\/p>\n<p>DEPA Commercial reached an out-of-court settlement with Gazprom Export, resolving amicably the disputes that had arisen between the two parties.
