February 5, 2025

With the aim of recognizing and rewarding high performance, dedication, and the valuable contribution of its people to the company’s goals and values, DEPA Commercial has established the “Employee of the Year” award.

As part of this new initiative, employees will have the opportunity to vote for two “Employees of the Year”: one from the company’s headquarters and one from the SALFA refueling facilities. The winners will be selected through an employee-wide voting process based on nominations submitted by staff.

The new initiative was implemented for the first time in 2024, during the company’s New Year celebration event, where two DEPA Commercial employees were honored as the first-ever “Employees of the Year.”

Ms. Eleni Kordaki, Director of Human Resources Operations, commented:

“By recognizing outstanding performance, professionalism, a positive attitude, teamwork, and commitment to our corporate values, we awarded – for the first time – two of our colleagues as ‘Employees of the Year’: one from the DEPA Commercial headquarters and one from our natural gas refueling stations. We sincerely thank them for inspiring all of us with their consistent effort and exceptional daily performance!”

Through this initiative, the company aims to foster a spirit of collaboration, strengthen transparency, and highlight the importance of each employee’s contribution.

Remaining committed to its corporate philosophy, DEPA Commercial continues to invest in the support and development of its people — the cornerstone of its success.
