ICGB AD was incorporated in January 2011, by IGI Poseidon S.A. and Bulgarian Energy Holding EAD, each holding 50% stake.
The company is responsible for designing, constructing and operating the Interconnector Greece-Bulgaria (IGB), which is part of the ITGI System (Interconnector Turkey-Greece-Italy), and will facilitate natural gas flows to SEE Europe.
